Carrie has extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focused in medical, clinical, and scientific affairs.  Her experience includes development and execution of corporate medical affairs and clinical development strategies, as well as creating, developing, and managing diverse medical science and clinical teams throughout the United States and internationally. She has cultivated an extensive network of key opinion leaders, health care providers and researchers worldwide.

More specifically, her 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry include multiple areas/diagnoses within psychiatry and neurology, as well as areas outside of CNS including: oncology, dermatology, rheumatology, opioid, GI, immunology, smoking cessation, cardiovascular, pulmonary/respiratory, hematology, endocrinology and women’s health.  She is currently a Director, Field Based Medical for Ashfield Engage supporting the Genentech Neurology team focused on Alzheimer’s Dementia and is also the co-founder and managing partner at C&G Holdings, LLC. Most recently, she worked at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs leading the CNS and Ophthalmology areas. Prior to this, Carrie served as the Vice President, Medical and Scientific Affairs at Pendulum Therapeutics. Previously, she worked at Juul Labs as the Sr. Director, Global Medical Affairs where she created both the global medical affairs and medical information departments and co led the clinical development group to include the infrastructure, strategies and foci supporting a consumer device. Additionally, she held responsibility for developing procedures, selection and implementation of CRM and Vault system to facilitate global field interactions, and creation and implementation of the investigator sponsored research program and portal. She also provided oversight to internal clinical and behavioral study portfolios, hired, mentored and directed the field medical teams, and participated in integral FDA discussions and meetings.
